Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information and may sell it to third parties: identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data and inferences drawn from these categories.

Through the Services, we may collect both personal information that identifies you and may be used to contact you, and non-personal information that does not allow direct association with you. Technical information may include the IP address through which you access the Services and a unique mobile device ID or virtual unique device identifier.

Personal Information

Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, date of birth and any personal photo or image representation. We will collect, use and disclose personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy. Some non-personal information may become personal information when combined with other information in a way that enables you to be identified.

Non-Personal Information

Non-personal information alone cannot be used to identify or contact you. We collect non-personal information regarding your use of BIDTOX Games and aggregated usage information.

This may include mobile device type, IP address, unique device identifiers, Media Access Control (MAC) address, mobile telephone number, country of registration, browser type, language, Internet Service Provider, referring and exit pages, time spent, searched information, timestamps, clickstream data, feature usage, gameplay statistics, scores, achievements, user rankings, time spent playing and other statistics.

How We Use Your Information

Generally, we use information to provide an efficient and customized experience. We may use information in the following ways:

To send important notices, including communications about purchases and changes to this Privacy Policy.
To inform you about new BIDTOX Games products and promote BIDTOX Games products.
To send push notifications regarding BIDTOX Games you have been playing.
To provide in-game information regarding achievements, including leaderboards.
To provide technical support and respond to inquiries.
To prevent fraud and potentially illegal activities.
To develop, deliver and improve the Apps.
To conduct market research supporting a more valuable service for BIDTOX Games users.
To deliver and target third-party advertising.
To gather demographic information to manage the Apps and provide targeted advertising.
To track clicks and other advertising fulfillment metrics.

If we send email or SMS messages promoting BIDTOX Games products or services, or those of a third-party partner, we will generally provide choices about receiving further promotional messages. Push-notification preferences may usually be adjusted through BIDTOX Games or your mobile device.

Interaction with Game Center or Other Third-Party Game Services

By registering with a Game Center on your device, you allow BIDTOX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD to access certain information from your Game Center profile. The information we may access depends on privacy settings established by you and your friends at the Game Center.

As permitted by you, the Game Center and your preferences, we may access and store:

Your first and last name.
Your Game Center ID.
The URL of your Game Center profile.
Your user ID number linked to publicly available information such as name and profile photo.
User ID numbers and other public data for your friends.
The login email provided when registering with the Game Center.
Your gender.

By connecting a BIDTOX Games product to a Game Center, you consent to our access, use and storage of information that you agreed the Game Center could provide. You may be able to specify what information is provided through the privacy settings in your Game Center profile.

Other Interactions

We may offer you the opportunity to provide an email address so that we may register you for premium support or provide special offers from BIDTOX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD or partner companies.

We may provide opportunities to participate in sweepstakes, contests or other promotions. If you participate, we may request personal information such as an email or mailing address.

If you request support relating to a BIDTOX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD product, we may request information such as your name, email address and username for a social networking service if needed to resolve the issue. We may also request or receive personal information during other interactions with you.

Cookies and Other Technologies

A cookie is a small string of text that we, or service providers acting on our behalf, send to your computer or mobile device browser. Cookies used in the Apps are intended to obtain browser- or device-specific information.

Some cookies are necessary for a game to function properly and to continue gameplay between sessions. Other cookies may indicate which parts of BIDTOX Games are most popular, how long users spend there and how they interact with content.

You may be able to disable cookies through browser settings or request a prompt before a cookie is accepted. Similar data used by browser add-ons may be disabled or deleted through add-on settings or the manufacturer’s website.

Third parties delivering advertisements through the Services may also use cookies or other technologies. Their placement and use will be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

How We Share Your Information

With Third-Party Advertising Entities

We accept advertisements from third-party ad networks that may be displayed in our Apps. We may share certain information with third-party advertisers, ad networks and ad platforms (“Advertising Entities”) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Apps.

Advertising Entities may collect non-personal information including device identifiers, device type, brand, model, operating system type and version, network type, device language, locale and IP address. They may also collect information regarding advertising performance, including impressions, view duration and click-throughs, using technologies such as browser cookies and web beacons.

With Other Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to help administer the Apps. These service providers will have access to information only to perform services for us and have agreed not to disclose or use the information for other purposes.

Under Special Circumstances

We may disclose information to law-enforcement officials or private parties where we believe it is necessary or appropriate to respond to claims or legal process, protect the property and rights of BIDTOX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD or a third party, protect the safety of any person, or prevent or stop activity we consider illegal or unethical.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or bankruptcy, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all company assets, including personal information.

Links to Third-Party Websites and Services

The Apps may contain links to other websites and online services, including third-party advertisements. Information you provide to those websites or services will be subject to their privacy policies and terms rather than this Privacy Policy.

We do not control third-party websites or services. The appearance of a link does not mean we endorse or approve their policies or practices relating to user information.

Before providing information to a third-party website or service, we encourage you to review its privacy policy and other terms. BIDTOX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD will have no liability for matters relating to the collection or handling of information by such third parties.

Deletion, Modification and Retention of Personal Information

If you wish to delete or modify personal information, email support@bidtox.com with adequate details. We will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Unless otherwise instructed, we may retain personal information for as long as reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected, including future analytics and analysis, compliance with legal or business obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement of our terms, as permitted by law.

Non-personal information, including aggregated or anonymous information derived from use of the Site, may remain on our servers indefinitely.

Non-US Users

Information you provide may be transferred to or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Privacy Policy. If you are outside the United States, you understand that personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If you are located in the European Union, you consent to the transfer of personal information outside the European Union. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of personal information represents agreement to these transfers.

Your Data Protection Rights under the GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have certain data-protection rights. BIDTOX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD will take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit use of your personal data.

To request information regarding personal data we hold or request removal from our systems, contact support@bidtox.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident and a BIDTOX Games user, you may request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information, as defined in California Civil Code Section 1798.83, to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

If you provided personal information within the previous year, you may submit a request by emailing support@bidtox.com with the subject line “California Privacy Rights.”

Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of categories of personal information disclosed for direct marketing during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties. A request may be made no more than once per calendar year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by other means.

Individual Rights

We provide rights available under applicable law. To exercise your rights, contact support@bidtox.com. You should be prepared to verify your identity.

There are limitations to individual rights. We may limit those rights:

Where denial of access is required or authorized by law.
Where granting access would negatively affect another person’s privacy.
To protect our rights and property.
Where a request is frivolous or burdensome.

Right to Withdraw Consent

If we rely on consent to process personal information, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing or third-party processing based on consent before withdrawal.

For processing activities that rely on consent, you may withdraw consent through the settings page in our applications. If you withdraw or refuse consent, you may still receive advertising, but it may be less relevant because it will not be tailored to your interests.
